In 2022, I became a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) which is the highest educational level possible at Toastmasters International. I deliver presentations to corporations, groups, organizations, or associations. I love sharing my own personal stories and offering nuggets of wisdom, inspiration and motivation. Many people have commented that they feel charged up and ready to accomplish their own personal and professional goals. I spend time developing unique presentations that are typically customized for the specific audience that I’ll be speaking to. I don’t just talk to the people in the crowd but get them involved and keep them engaged whenever possible. As a professional speaker, I’ve come to realize that people learn and retain information in different ways. Some people are listeners while others are more visual and then there are people who are kinesthetic learners. At every speaking engagement, I incorporate all three.
